Electronics Engineer II, Interim Secret Clearance

Job Description

Join our team as an Electronics Engineer supporting the AF Minuteman III Depot and Field maintenance. The position is located at the Lockheed Martin Space facility on Hill Air Force Base in Ogden, UT, and requires a flexible 9x80 schedule on-site full‑time.

• Participate in field support teams and assist with routine maintenance and fault isolation tasks, ensuring engineering disciplines are followed.
• Develop solutions to problems of moderate scope and complexity, with work reviewed periodically for judgement, accuracy, and quality.
• Complete assignments requiring judgment and discretion, primarily engaging with immediate team members.

• Strong understanding of, or the ability to learn quickly, Minuteman III Reentry System Depot and Field Support Equipment.
• Experience in troubleshooting and fault isolation.
• 1+ year professional experience in electronics engineering.
• Active DOD Interim Secret clearance or higher is desired; U.S. citizenship is required.

• Direct experience with Weapon Storage Areas at Minuteman III operational wings and the AF MMIII Depot.
• Ability to engage with team members and government counterparts on technical challenges and solutions.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for complex issues.
• Demonstrated organizational, multitasking, and decision‑making skills.
• Motivated self‑starter who works effectively under tight deadlines.

On‑site, full‑time at the Lockheed Martin facility located near Hill Air Force Base, Ogden, UT. The role requires a flexible 9x80 schedule.

Active DOD Interim Secret clearance or higher is desired; U.S. citizenship is mandatory.
