- Identify, analyze, review, and refine system‑level requirements in partnership with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and the customer.
- Allocate requirements to test teams (lab, ground, flight) and keep Integrated Test Plans/Verification Plans current.
- Document verification needs, develop verification artifacts, generate requirement‑verification reports, and manage approval workflows.
- Create and maintain Interface Control Documents (ICDs) for test tools and facilities.
- Collaborate across disciplines—mechanical, software, test, and program management—to gain end‑to‑end insight into the Sentinel missile and Northrop Grumman processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline from an accredited university and 5 years of experience, or 3 years of experience with a Master’s degree.
- Must be a U.S. citizen with an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope (< 6 years).
- Familiarity with the Systems Engineering process and test‑engineering practices.
- Hands‑on test‑engineering or test‑execution work.
- Systems Engineering experience on aerospace or defense programs.
- Proficiency with requirements‑management tools (e.g., IBMDOORS).
- In scope (< 5 years) Active DoD Top Secret Clearance.
- Prior employment with MMIII or Sentinel Weapon Systems.
- Team Leadership experience.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

The standard work schedule is a 9/80. Salary range: $98,400.00 – $. The company may offer overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonuses.
