This isn’t your typical Senior Water/Wastewater Project Manager role.
You’ll lead meaningful water, wastewater, and stormwater projects while helping build our presence in Provo, UT. This role offers direct exposure to clients, the chance to create new opportunities, and ownership in how the market evolves.

What you’ll do:- Guide municipal projects from planning through delivery
- Build a team

- Define strategy from day one
You’ll work alongside an experienced technical team to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions while helping drive what comes next. This role is made for the right person who’s ready to lead, grow, and make a lasting impact.
Required Skills/Abilities:- Excellent project management skills and superb attention to detail
- Ability to support contract negotiation and execution
- Comfortable developing project fees and estimates
- Demonstrated success managing aggressive project schedules
- Able to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
- Capable of working as part of a team or independently
- Ability to work successfully with experts in multiple disciplines with a range of approaches
- Proficient with applicable software such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Blue Beam, ArcGIS, AutoCAD, and other modeling software
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Eight or more years of relevant professional experience
- Current Professional Engineer licensure in Utah, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, and/or Idaho or ability to obtain licensure within six months of hire
