. Branch hours are 8:00 AM–7:00 PM Monday–Friday and 9:00 AM–1:00 PM rotating Saturdays.
We value our employees and offer competitive compensation between $20 and $22 per hour, with additional incentives tied to loan production. A Day in the Life of a Universal BankerYour responsibilities include:
- Processing transactions
- Assisting with loan applications
- Promoting credit union products
- Exceeding monthly loan production targets
- Interacting with customers in person and over the phone to deliver exceptional experiences
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum age: 18
- Previous experience in customer service and financial services
- Knowledge of consumer lending practices
- Strong proficiency in cash handling
