Loan Funding Representative - Part Time; Home Improvement Financing

Job Description

At Regions, the Home Improvement Financing Funding Services Representative is responsible for handling outbound and inbound funding request calls and processing loan funding requests. In addition, this role is responsible for reviewing and processing loan documentation while ensuring compliance with the Bank’s polices and controls.

• Processes loan documents, loan document requests, and voids & reissues loan documents
• Processes loan application withdrawal requests
• Reviews signed loan documentation and opens the borrower’s loan
• Processes loan funding requests
• Handles Funding Management System (FMS) outbound and inbound funding request calls
• Works under general supervision ensuring the Bank’s procedures and controls are followed

• High School Diploma or GED

• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to remain calm and focused in stressful situations
• Ability to work on a team
• Demonstrated professionalism and self-motivation
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong typing skills with emphasis on speed and accuracy

• Contact center and/or customer service experience

• Part-time
• Monday thru Friday - 10:30am-3:30pm
• Rotating Weekends

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.

Minimum Target: $36,500.00 USD

Median Target: $41,790.00 USD
