We are seeking a high-performing Acquisitions & Asset Management Analyst to join our growing team and live up to our vision and mission. Must be able to work full time in our Provo, UT office. This is a highly visible role with direct exposure to ownership and significant responsibility from contract-to‑close and throughout the hold period. We are looking for some that wants to work in an entrepreneurial environment.
Role OverviewThis role bridges acquisitions and asset management and is ideal for someone wanting an entrepreneurial environment. The Analyst will support deal underwriting, due diligence, lender coordination, and oversee ongoing asset performance once properties close.
This is not an entry‑level role. We are looking for someone who thinks like an owner, is detail‑obsessed, financially sharp, and operationally disciplined.
Key Responsibilities Acquisitions- Build and audit detailed multifamily underwriting models and pro formas
- Perform financial analysis including IRR, equity multiple, sensitivity analysis, and return waterfalls in our proprietary underwriting model.
- Review due diligence materials (lease audits, rent rolls, T12s, service contracts, inspection reports, title, survey)
- Coordinate with lenders, attorneys, title companies, and third‑party vendors
- Assist in loan application preparation and closing coordination
- Develop investment memos
- Track due diligence workflows in Click Up and ensure timelines are met
- Oversee property‑level financial performance post‑close
- Work hand in hand with property management
- Monitor and manage operating budgets and Cap Ex budgets
- Participate in weekly property management calls and track execution
- Prepare weekly and monthly KPI dashboards
- Analyze variance reports and identify operational inefficiencies
- Assist with refinance and disposition underwriting
- Support investor reporting data and performance analytics
- Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Economics, or related field preferred)
- 2–5+ years of hand on real estate experience (multifamily preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
- Experience underwriting multifamily investments
- Ability to build detailed pro formas
- Experience reviewing T12s, rent rolls, and operating budgets
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with onsite property managment teams and hold them accountable to ownership expectations
- Willingness to Travel 2-3 days roughly 1x month.
- Experience in real estate private equity, brokerage, lending, or institutional asset management
- Familiarity with Click Up or similar project management platforms
- Analytical rigor paired with operational awareness
- Someone who can protect downside risk during diligence
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Systems-oriented and process-driven
