The Utah Retirement Services team plays a pivotal role in supporting Financial Advisors (FA) and Client Service Associates (CSA) within a large company in the Financial Industry. We offer expert guidance on Individual Retirement Accounts (IRA) and Qualified Retirement Plans, addressing inquiries on account types, contribution and distribution rules, tax obligations, IRS regulations, and company policies. This is an opportunity to embark on a fulfilling career in the Financial Services industry.
Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesCollect, analyze, and interpret financial data to prepare accurate reports and summaries for management, highlighting key trends and performance metrics.
Assist in developing and maintaining financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to help drive strategic business decisions and improve financial outcomes.
Skills:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and generate actionable insights.
Familiarity with financial modeling tools, spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel), and financial analysis software is essential.
