Mortgage Loan Officer

Job Description:

• Originate and manage purchase mortgage loans from application through closing
• Convert company-provided purchase opportunities into funded loans
• Build strong relationships with customers and Zillow Preferred Agents
• Manage an active pipeline while meeting defined service levels and productivity metrics
• Leverage Zillow’s CRM and data-driven tools to manage pipeline health
• Deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience through various communication methods
• Stay current on market trends and regulatory requirements
• Participate in ongoing professional development

• 3+ years of mortgage origination experience with strong emphasis on purchase transactions
• Active NMLS Loan Originator with state licenses or Loan Originator under a federal bank license
• Completion of 20-hour CORE Pre-Licensing Education and successful passage of SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator Test
• Strong client service orientation and consultative sales skills
• Comfortable working in structured performance-driven environment
• Strong time management, organization, and pipeline management skills
• Proficiency with CRM, LOS, and Microsoft products
