Traveling New Accounts Teller (20 Hours) – Utah County
Minimum pay is $19 per hour.
Responsibilities- Provide quality service while protecting the branch against loss.
- Maintain advanced knowledge of branch operations.
- Expand client base through successful selling and coaching techniques, including lending applications, cross‑selling of bank services and products, and assisting clients in every area of banking.
- Process cash transactions and other customer service duties within the branch.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of banking, cashiering, customer service, balancing, or related experience, or successful completion of company‑approved training.
- Previous teller experience preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and/or banking.
- Working knowledge of math.
- Solid balancing and customer service skills.
- Ability to cross‑sell bank products based on clients' needs.
- Retail Support covers a geographical area; mileage reimbursement is provided when traveling over 25 miles round trip.
- Primarily supports branches in Utah County; may also cover shifts as far north as South Salt Lake.
