Experienced Physical Therapist

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physical Therapist with at least 5 years of clinical experience to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a clinician who is confident in their skills, values patient-centered care, and enjoys collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve outstanding outcomes.

• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
• Provide hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff
• Mentor or support interns, junior therapists, aides, etc as needed
• Ensure compliance with all professional, ethical, and regulatory standards

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in [State]
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience as a practicing Physical Therapist
• Strong manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proven ability to manage a caseload independently
• Experience in outpatient orthopedics / sports rehab / post-op / geriatrics / neuro / industrial / other is a plus
