The Utah State Hospital is seeking a motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant to join its legal services department. This is a rewarding position where you can utilize your administrative skills to support the legal services essential to the treatment of mentally ill individuals. This exciting opportunity involves providing comprehensive administrative support to the department.
Minimum Qualifications:- Expert level skills using Excel, Word and Google Sheets.
- Strong computer skills (type 60 wpm).
- Strong organizational/office administration skills

- Ability to work efficiently in an autonomous environment, appropriately prioritizing various projects.
- Complete USH new employee processing, to include;
- fingerprinting and background checks
- processing Federal form I-9 in the Tracker system
- issue and collect keys and badges
- Assist with patient medication hearing process;
- taking minutes at med hearings
- performing medication audits
- Other duties as assigned.
