Spavia Sandy is hiring a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) for evening and weekend shifts in Sandy, Utah.

Earn $56–$63 per 60-minute massage including typical gratuity.

• Base pay: $28–$35 per 60-minute service (based on experience)
• Typical gratuity on a 60-minute service: approximately $28
• Boost enhancements pay an additional $2.50 or $5 per service
• Advanced and extended services increase total earnings

Typical 5-hour shift (4–5 services):
$224–$315 per shift before boosts

Five shifts per week:
$1,120–$1,575 per week before boosts

Many evening and weekend Massage Therapists are 80–90% booked, creating strong and predictable income.

Evening shifts (2:00 PM – 8:00 PM):

• Monday (2 openings)
• Tuesday (1 opening)
• Wednesday (2 openings)
• Friday (2 openings)

Saturdays:

• 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (1 opening)
• 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM (2 openings)

Sundays:

• 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (1 opening)
• 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM (3 openings)

Evening and weekend availability required.

• Part-time and full-time Licensed Massage Therapist positions available
• Typical shift: 5–6 hours (4–5 services)
• 10-minute reset between services to complete notes and prepare without rushing
• Membership model provides repeat clients

• Complete SOAP notes
• Maintain a clean, professional treatment room

• Active Utah Massage Therapy License
• Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) in good standing
• Evening and/or weekend availability
