A healthcare provider in Alpine, UT, is seeking a licensed therapist to provide comprehensive clinical services in a dual-licensed facility. The therapist will manage an 8-9 patient caseload using individual, family, and group therapy, conduct assessments, and document treatment plans. The ideal candidate has a current license, is proficient with EMR, and has experience in behavioral health and substance use treatment.

This full-time role offers a salary between $55,000 and $65,000, along with benefits such as health, dental, PTO, and 401k. In-person work and relocation before the start date are required.
