Job DescriptionMust have Phlebotomy certification.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must be able to work , Monday through Friday. No weekends, nights or major holidays required!
- We are looking to fill a part time position (1-2 days a week and on-call shifts).
- You must be available to work at least 1-2 full days a week Monday through Friday.
- This position is for our Provo, Spanish Fork, Vineyard, Saratoga Springs, and American Fork locations.
- This position will require rotating location and traveling.
- Maintains HIPAA compliance.
