Overview
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Therapist to join our Therapy Team at a Youth Crisis Center.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, focusing on trauma‑informed care to help adolescent students build coping skills, confidence, and resilience.
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy; participate in treatment team meetings and complete necessary documentation.
- Deliver both direct and indirect services, including discharge planning and collaboration with educational staff.
- Current license (Ph.D., Psy.
D., LCSW, MFT, CMHC, or equivalent). - Relevant experience in mental health and family treatment.
- Fluency in English;
Spanish preferred.
Full‑time position with competitive salary ($70,000–$80,000), comprehensive benefits, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
