Overview
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Therapist to join our Therapy Team at a Youth Crisis Center. Our therapists develop and implement individualized treatment plans for adolescent students, focusing on trauma‑informed care to help them build coping skills, confidence, and resilience, and to apply these skills in daily life.
Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive clinical services (individual, family, and group therapy)
- Participate in treatment and IEP team meetings
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to program rules
- Provide after‑hours calls as needed, with flexibility
- Current license (Ph.D., Psy.
D., LCSW, MFT, etc.) - Pass background checks
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Experience in mental health, substance abuse, and family treatment desired
