The Assistant Clinical Director supports clinical operations at a residential treatment center for adolescent girls aged 12–17, ensuring compliance with Utah DHHS licensing standards, accreditation requirements, and trauma-informed practices.
Responsibilities- Assist the Clinical Director in overseeing daily clinical services, treatment planning, and documentation.
- Ensure clinical practices meet regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Monitor clinical performance, conduct audits, and support staff supervision and training.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide coordinated care and promote client safety.
- Participate in licensing visits, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
Master’s in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field; current Utah license or license-eligible; minimum 2 years clinical experience, preferably in residential settings; knowledge of licensing and accreditation standards; strong leadership and communication skills.
