Phlebotomist

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team at 1900 N State St Provo, UT 84604.

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8:15am - 4:45pm.

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Current or prior Labcorp experience.
• One or more years of experience working as a phlebotomist.

• In lieu of work experience, a Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency.
• Able to pass a standardized color blindness test.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Comfortable working under minimal supervision.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.

Employees regularly scheduled for 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, STD/LTD, 401(k), PTO or FTO, tuition reimbursement, and employee stock purchase plan.
