Job description:
Must have Phlebotomy certification
Must be able to pass a background check.
Must be able to work , Monday through Friday. No weekends, nights or major holidays required!
We are looking to fill a part time position ( 1-2 days a week and on-call shifts).You must be available to work at least 1 - 2 FULL days a week Monday through Friday.
This position is for our Provo, Spanish Fork, Vineyard, Saratoga Springs, and American Fork locations.
This position will require rotating location and traveling
Maintains HIPAA compliance
