Advanced Practice Provider HYBRID Women's Health OB​/GYN

About this role:

As an Advanced Practice Provider, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. This APP will join ourUtah Valley Clinicteam in Provo, Utah. Our team includes five(5)
Womens HealthAPPscurrently,and we are growing to nine (9) Womens Health APPs. With our physicians and APPs, our team includesa comprehensive support staff. We focus on providing high-quality care for the full spectrum of women's healthcare needs.

This APP will provide care inclinic, supporting both obstetric and gynecologic patients. Majority of time will be spent providing annual well-woman visits,establishing care and follow up visits, and limited urgent care. The APP may place IUDs, Nexplanon (if certified), routine in-clinic procedures, andassistwith surgical preparation activities.

Thisfull-timeAPP will primarily work in a clinic setting with the role evolving into a
Hybrid Position
-including both

In-person & Tele-Health Patient encounters.

What youll bring:

• Utah license as a Physician Assistant (PA) or an Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).

• Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

• Utah State Controlled Substance License

• Federal DEA Certificate II through V

• BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers

• Minimum of one (1) Year APP experience in
  Women'sHealth
