Clinical Applications Systems Trainer/Coordinator

At Revere Health, we believe there is a better path to healing and healthcare maintenance, and we're working on this mission—one patient at a time. We're a national leader in a movement called value-base care which aims to improve treatment outcomes and keep costs down. Our internal culture is one that promotes respect and consistently recognizes the impact that individual employees have on the mission of the organization.

Under direct supervision, the Clinical Applications Systems Trainer/Coordinator is responsible for the specialized software training of clinical staff, ensuring their readiness and proficiency in using key clinical applications within the Revere Health system. The Clinical Applications Systems Trainer delivers training and education tailored to clinical workflows, in settings such as traditional classrooms, one-to-one sessions, small groups, and e-learning formats.

Develop and maintain current training standards specific to clinical applications, including training courses, materials, competency exams, and clinical workflows. Prepare for and lead relevant software training sessions focused on clinical staff, both new and existing. Collaborate with clinical teams and internal departments to enhance education and training support, aligning operational workflows with the education and training process, and assisting in the implementation of new clinical features and/or software updates.

Provide on-site user support and troubleshoot clinical staff issues to ensure efficient use of clinical software applications. Respond to phone calls, email inquiries, and trouble tickets from clinical users regarding training and application-specific topics. Provision new clinical users in preparation for specialized training sessions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, tailored to clinical terminology and contexts. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks based on clinical needs.

Identify different learning styles among clinical staff and adapt teaching methods accordingly.

Education/experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree from an accredited college; preferably with an emphasis in healthcare, adult education, clinical informatics, communication, human resources, or information management. Two years of education or training experience in a clinical setting preferred.
