Pay: $16.00–$18.00 per hour

Position Type: Part-Time, Weekends

East Bay Post Acute is seeking a compassionate, energetic, and creative Weekend Activities Assistant to help enrich the lives of our residents. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with seniors, creating meaningful experiences, and making a positive impact every weekend.

• Assist in planning and leading engaging recreational, social, and therapeutic activities.
• Encourage resident participation in group and one-on-one activities.
• Set up and clean up activity areas and supplies.
• Escort residents to and from activities as needed.
• Document resident attendance and participation.
• Support holiday celebrations, special events, and weekend entertainment.
• Work closely with the Activities Director and interdisciplinary team to meet residents' individual interests and needs.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience working with seniors or in healthcare, recreation, or customer service is a plus.
• Friendly, dependable, patient, and compassionate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to stand, walk, lift activity supplies, and assist residents as needed.
