About the RoleWe are seeking a reliable and compassionate Evening Shift Caregiver to join our team! As an Evening Shift Caregiver, you will provide in-home care and support to our clients, enabling them to live safely and comfortably in their own homes. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of seniors and their families.
Responsibilities- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide respite care for family members can rest, knowing that their loved one has a caregiver who can help with nighttime assistance.
- Perform ADLs Activities of Daily Living including meal prep and light housekeeping, run errands and occasional transportation.
- Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Provide safety and security measures to prevent falls and injuries
- Friendly Companionship
- High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in the healthcare or senior care industry preferred
- Ability to lift 35 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
