Encircle is seeking an Associate Therapist to provide LGBTQIA+-affirming mental health services to youth, adults, and families in Utah. The role includes individual, family, and group therapy within a multidisciplinary team, with in-person and telehealth options.
You’ll maintain a 28–30 session weekly caseload, with 10 evenings per week, and work hours from 9am–7pm or 8pm online. Pay-per-session model ranges from $50–$60 per hour, with potential annual earnings of about $60k–$72k before benefits.
