Position Overview

Bright Achievements is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Clinical Leadership BCBA to support the continued growth and clinical excellence of our services throughout Utah. Bright Achievements currently provides ABA services in New York, New Jersey, Virginia, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania, and we are excited to continue expanding into Utah.

This leadership role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about mentorship, community engagement, clinical quality, and supporting both families and clinical staff in a collaborative environment.

This position operates in a hybrid structure consisting of approximately 70% telehealth responsibilities and 30% community-based/in-person responsibilities throughout Utah. Candidates must reside in Utah and hold an active Utah LBA.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, experienced in ABA clinical leadership, and comfortable balancing direct clinical oversight with operational and community support responsibilities.

Compensation

  • Starting salary of $85,000+ annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and leadership background.
Primary Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership & Oversight
  • Provide clinical leadership and support to BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical team members throughout Utah.
  • Support onboarding, mentorship, and ongoing professional development of clinicians.
  • Maintain high standards of clinical quality, ethical practice, and compliance.
  • Assist with case consultations, treatment planning, behavior intervention planning, and clinical problem-solving.
  • Conduct and review initial assessments, reassessments, and treatment recommendations as needed.
  • Support quality assurance initiatives and documentation compliance.
Community & Relationship Development
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with families, providers, schools, and community partners throughout Utah.
  • Participate in community outreach and networking opportunities to support company growth and visibility.
  • Assist with in-person support needs including client observations, team support, and clinical meetings.
  • Support collaborative relationships across multidisciplinary teams.
Operational & Administrative Support
  • Utilize Rethink Behavioral Health for clinical documentation, oversight, and case management.
  • Maintain organized communication and scheduling using Google Suite platforms including Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Meet, and Google Drive.
  • Assist leadership with clinician support, scheduling coordination, and case coverage planning as needed.
  • Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Active BCBA certification required.
  • Active Utah LBA required.
  • Must reside in the state of Utah.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of ABA clinical experience preferred.
  • Previous leadership, mentorship, or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience with telehealth service delivery preferred.
  • Proficiency in Rethink Behavioral Health and Google Suite required.
  • Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally within Utah for community-based responsibilities.
