Being a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is more than a profession‑it’s a purpose. That’s why we’ve built a culture centered on compassion, collaboration, and continuous learning, giving you the tools and freedom to succeed while maintaining a healthy work‑life balance.

• Conduct comprehensive initial ABA assessments for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Complete functional and skills‑based assessments using evidence‑based assessment tools
• Develop individualized treatment recommendations and clinical documentation
• Create initial treatment plans in accordance with BACB and payer requirements
• Collaborate with families to explain assessment findings and recommended services
• Work closely with our clinical and intake teams to ensure a smooth transition into ongoing ABA services
• Maintain accurate, timely, and high‑quality clinical documentation

• Active BCBA and Utah LBA Certification – Required to ensure clinical excellence.
• 2-3 Years experience conducting Initial Assessments – This role is for a BCBA with a demonstrated history of conducting Initial Assessments.
• Passion for Compassionate Care – A genuine commitment to delivering high‑quality ABA services.
