Medical Assistant​/Receptionist PRN-Internal Medicine​/Endo-Provo​/AF

Our Internal Medicine department has an opening for a on call Medical Assistant/Receptionist. If you like working in a fast-paced office and being part of a team, come join our office.

• Rooming patients, entering and recording all pertinent information into electronic medical records.
• Maintains clean and orderly exam rooms.
• Ensures exam rooms are properly stocked with needed supplies and equipment.
• Cleans and sterilizes instruments following clinic policy and procedures.
• Calls results and relays messages to patients as indicated by a provider in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Creates and maintains tasks and documents all patient interactions.
• Call/Fax/ prescriptions per protocol.

• Past MA experience or patient care experience preferred.
• Must be dependable, have outstanding customer service, organization and attention to detail.
• Must also be a self-starter, team player, dependable, friendly and professional.
• Be able to multi-task and work efficiently.
• Must be willing to help with receptionist duties as well.
• CPR certification required upon hire.

on call 0-40hrs per week Monday-Friday 8:00-6pm

will be trained for both Provo/AF Internal Medicine and Endocrinology must be willing to travel to either location
