Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Alliance Medical Center is a multi-disciplinary practice where clients can receive ABA therapy, counseling services, speech therapy, medical care, and more.

We have openings for both full-time and part-time, in-person and remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) roles, focusing on delivering behavior analytic services that support patients and families in achieving positive outcomes. The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop individualized behavior intervention plans, and oversee the implementation of evidence-based strategies. Daily activities include data collection and analysis, collaboration with interdisciplinary care teams, and regular communication with caregivers and other stakeholders.

The BCBA will provide parent and caregiver education, offer ongoing training and coaching to support behavior change, and ensure all services align with ethical and professional standards. The role also involves maintaining accurate documentation, participating in case reviews, and contributing to continuous quality improvement in behavioral health services.

• Strong foundation in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis, with the ability to design and evaluate effective intervention plans.
• Experience in Parent Education and caregiver coaching, including training families to implement behavior support strategies at home.
• Background in Psychology and Behavior Management to address a range of behavioral and developmental needs.
• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and adherence to BACB ethical guidelines.
• Relevant master’s degree (e.g., Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field).
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including clear documentation and telehealth communication.
• Experience with diverse and multilingual populations;
  Spanish or another second language is beneficial.
• Familiarity with electronic health records and basic telehealth technologies.
