Direct Support Professional / Caregiver

Vista Care Utah — Provo, UT

Empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live independently and thrive in their community. Choose from flexible contract options:
Supported Living ($19+/hr),
Day Supports ($19+/hr), or Respite Care ($100–$125/day).

Assist with daily living tasks (cooking, cleaning, personal care, budgeting).

Transport clients to community activities, appointments, and errands.

Encourage independence, social skills, and self-advocacy.

21+ years old.

Valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and clean driving record.

Pass background & registry checks.

Smartphone or computer for documentation.

Complete free required training.

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, current and adequate vehicle insurance, and current vehicle registration.
• Must be able to pass a combination of all or some of the following: state and/or federal background check, OIG check, sex offender registry check, or others as required by regulation or best practice.
• Must have a reliable computer and internet access or ability to use cellular phone for documentation and communication purposes.
• Must be able to pass all state-mandated and/or Vista Care-required training courses (provided free of charge).
