Public Attendant - Amangiri

Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Public Areas Attendant to join the team  this full-time role, you will ensure exceptional cleanliness of our guest suites and resort spaces, supporting the elevated level of service that defines Aman.

• Clean guest suites daily, including occupied, arrival, and departure rooms
• Ensure pristine condition of corridors, housekeeping pantries, and janitor closets
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries
• Maintain minibar operations within guest suites
• Handle guest laundry and property linens, including ironing
• Report any missing or damaged items and log lost & found appropriately
• Support inventory and restocking of linens and guest supplies
• Uphold cleanliness and organization in assigned areas
• Attend daily housekeeping briefings and follow daily task assignments
• Comply with Amangiri policies and grooming standards

• Oral proficiency in the English language
• High School diploma or G.E.D.
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask in a high‑paced environment
• Sensitivity to cultural nuances
• Maintain a professional appearance and uniform standards
• Able to establish and maintain respectful professional relationships
• Multilingual abilities are a plus
