Experience Advisor – Amangiri
Location:
Canyon Point, Utah. Join our team at Amangiri, a luxury resort on the Colorado Plateau.
- Actively engage in the sales and booking of guest activities, spa services, dining options, and special occasion requests.
- Communicate with guests via phone, email, and in-person to build personalized itineraries for future arrivals and in-house guests.
- Ensure that all events are confirmed and reconfirmed for the following day, coordinating with transportation, spa, and food & beverage teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Maximize guest satisfaction and ensure the smooth running of events, while also working to meet financial and budget targets.
- Identify opportunities to increase activity revenue by upselling services and experiences to guests.
- Collaborate with Reservations, Guest Services, Food & Beverage, and the Front Office to keep everyone informed and ensure any changes are effectively communicated.
- Take full ownership of guest interactions and follow up with guests during their stay to ensure all requests are fulfilled to perfection.
- Build rapport with guests by taking the time to engage with them throughout their stay.
- Provide feedback and suggest improvements to our activities and programs in collaboration with the Guest Services Manager.
- Propose and help implement new services and experiences to ensure our offerings are diverse and cater to all guests, regardless of age or physical ability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact positively with both guests and colleagues.
- High attention to detail, ensuring that every guest request is met with precision.
- Proven success in coordinating and managing guest activities and events.
- Ability to always maintain professional appearance and demeanor in line with company policies.
- Capability to carry, push, and pull up to 45 lbs., and to work in various climates including extreme heat, cold, rain, and snow.
- A self‑motivator with the ability to inspire and support others in the team.
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain positive professional relationships.
- A clean driving record is required.
- Multilingual skills are a plus.
- Flexibility to assist other departments and take on special projects as required.
