Job Summary:

The Concierge Attendant ensures guests receive exemplary service and personalized attention throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide guests with information about local attractions, restaurants, entertainment, and transportation.
• Handle VIP arrivals, special requests, and guest complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
• Liaise with other hotel departments (housekeeping, front desk, F&B) to ensure seamless guest service.
• Maintain updated knowledge of hotel services, promotions, and area events.
• Ensure the concierge desk is well-organized and well-stocked with brochures, maps, and information materials.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in concierge or front office roles, with 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong knowledge of local area attractions, culture, and events.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in hotel software systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and handle guest concerns diplomatically.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

The pay range for this role is:

15 - 16 USD per hour (Provo Marriott)
