Blending into untouched red-rock country on over 900 acres of the Colorado Plateau, Amangiri and its satellite, Camp Sarika, reflect dual aspects of this ancient desert landscape. A serene sanctuary, Amangiri’s 34 modernist suites, Aman Spa and mesa-embracing pool echo the tranquillity of the canyons. Role

As Camp Sarika Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of Camp Sarika, ensuring an exceptional level of service across Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage. You will lead a dedicated team focused on delivering seamless and personalized guest experiences while maintaining the highest standards of luxury hospitality. This role is responsible for operational excellence, financial performance, team development, and guest satisfaction, ensuring Camp Sarika consistently reflects the Aman philosophy and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the overall operation of Camp Sarika, including guest accommodations, Food & Beverage outlets, and guest service delivery
  • Manage and develop Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage teams to achieve exceptional service standards
  • Partner with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to ensure facilities and guest spaces are maintained to the highest standards
  • Drive guest satisfaction by actively engaging with guests, reviewing feedback, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
  • Oversee departmental budgets, financial performance, labor management, and expense control to achieve business objectives
  • Analyze operational and guest experience trends to identify opportunities for increased efficiency, profitability, and service excellence
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members while creating a culture of accountability and professional growth
  • Lead operational projects, strategic initiatives, and process improvements in alignment with organizational goals
  • Foster strong communication and collaboration across departments through meetings, briefings, and leadership presence
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and Aman brand expectations while serving as a role model for the team
Requirements
  • Minimum five years of progressive management experience within luxury hospitality or a related field
  • Proven leadership experience overseeing multiple operational departments and guest service functions
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, payroll, forecasting, and operational performance
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of professionalism, emotional intelligence, and cultural awareness
  • Ability to drive change, improve processes, and champion innovation while maintaining operational excellence
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and business-critical operational periods
