The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, order, and presentation of guest rooms and public areas in accordance with Generation Hospitality Group’s standards. This position ensures that guests experience a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment throughout their stay.

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms and suites including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, restocking amenities, and removing trash.
• Maintain cleanliness in assigned public areas, including lobbies, corridors, elevators, restrooms, and stairwells.
• Ensure all housekeeping carts and storage areas are stocked, organized, and maintained to company standards.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and lost and found items promptly to the appropriate departments.
• Follow all sanitation and safety procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment for guests and team members.
• Handle all linen according to departmental policies, including sorting, folding, and restocking.
• Comply with Generation Hospitality Group's grooming standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide professional and courteous service to guests, responding promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
• Adhere to time and attendance policies and maintain proper use of housekeeping checklists and room assignment sheets.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior housekeeping or janitorial experience in a hotel or similar environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 30 lbs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Must be available to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• May be exposed to cleaning chemicals and equipment noise.

16 - 18 USD per hour (Provo Marriott)
