Job Title: Contract Technical Recruiter
Location: Great SLC area, UT (onsite)
Job-Type: Contract
Salary Range: $45 – $60/hr.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter (Contract) who can immediately step in and own full-cycle recruiting for Technology and Product roles in a fast-moving environment. This role requires a hands-on, experienced recruiter who knows how to actively find talent
, partner with senior stakeholders, and deliver results quickly.
- Own full-cycle recruiting for Technology and Product roles, including:
- Product Managers
- Product Owners
- Digital & Technology roles
- Partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders; confidently lead intake sessions and provide market guidance
- Proactively source and engage candidates (not just screen inbound applicants)
- Manage requisitions end-to-end in Workday ATS
- Drive urgency and accountability to meet or beat an aggressive time to fill target
Skills:
- Senior-level Technical Recruiter with proven contract experience
- Recent, hands-on experience using Workday as an ATS (no training ramp available)
- Demonstrated success recruiting in Technology and Product domains
- Strong experience in high-volume recruiting environments that require active sourcing and talent mapping
- Excellent communication skills; comfortable influencing and advising stakeholders
- Ability to hit aggressive hiring timelines and operate with a sense of urgency
Experience:
- Recruiters who thrive without relying on big-brand inbound applicant flow
- Experience in environments where sourcing, networking, and outreach are critical to success
