Why We Have This RoleThe Qualtrics Talent Acquisition team is looking for someone to join us and support us in finding fantastic talent to hire. With aggressive growth and an ever-changing environment, we need a highly motivated self-starter to join our best-in-class group. We are seeking a Sourcer who can identify ideal candidate profiles across various teams and work closely with full life cycle Recruiters to build high-quality talent.
The role requires pivoting across functions as needed, including Sales, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, and other GTM-oriented roles, to source top talent that meets diverse hiring needs.
- Work closely with Recruiters to learn ideal candidate profiles for a variety of roles and identify them on platforms like Linked In Recruiter
- Utilize tools and resources to find potential candidates, including social media platforms, job boards, and networking sites
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage multiple sourcing tasks and deadlines, prioritizing urgent roles and maintaining efficiency
- Strong attention to detail to evaluate resumes, match qualifications with job requirements, and ensure data integrity in applicant tracking systems
- Familiarity with recruitment and hiring processes, including knowledge of job descriptions, candidate screening, and interview procedures
- Effective communication with candidates, hiring managers, and team members
- Recruiting Expertise:
Learn best practices in sourcing, interviewing, and candidate engagement - Industry knowledge:
Gain exposure to a variety of roles, industries, and seniorities through feedback and mentoring - Exposure to Full-Cycle Recruiting:
Potentially take on more responsibilities such as conducting initial interviews or managing candidate communications
- Candidate Sourcing:
Identify and source candidates to build a strong talent pipeline and hit hiring targets - Candidate Engagement:
Reach out with personalized communication to inform about job details and opportunities - Inclusive and Representative Hiring:
Actively seek diverse candidates and promote inclusive hiring practices - Process Improvement:
Streamline sourcing processes using applicant tracking systems and data-entry best practices - Prospective Candidate Management:
Build and nurture a community of potential candidates for future roles
- 0-1 years of experience in recruiting/hiring, preferably in software/tech
- Ability to learn ideal candidate profiles and understand nuances between teams and seniorities
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Direct sourcing or research experience
- Ability to articulate Qualtrics value proposition to candidates
- Highly motivated, intelligent, and passionate team that works closely to hit goals
- Partnership with teams across the business to build and nurture trust for strong teams
