DB’s AI-ready database and lead critical data-movement products, collaborating with enterprise customers, forward-deployed AI engineers, and professional services teams.

Responsibilities- Be the Staff PM responsible for leading the vision, roadmap, and requirements for the safe and seamless data movement capabilities
- Drive strategic narratives and operational and tactical recommendations with customers and industry thought leaders on Application Modernization and Data Migration
- Regularly evangelize our products and recommendations on application modernization at industry conferences, trade shows, and with key partners and accounts
- Drive collaboration across Engineering, Customer Support, Marketing, Sales, Professional Services, and the Executive Leadership Team
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date roadmap across your ownership areas
- Deeply understand all aspects of Mongo
DB to ensure a business outcome aligned with broader product, customer, and company priorities - Define application modernization go-to-market strategies, identify key market/competitive trends and customer opportunities, and plan and manage programs to execute against those strategies by partnering with sales leadership at regional and global levels
- Drive decision-making around prioritization, solutions, functionality, and pricing
- 10+ years of Product experience working with enterprise-focused application development technologies and customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to large executive audiences and key enterprise customers globally
- Demonstrated leadership skills to bring together diverse viewpoints and drive a strategic agenda forward; can-do attitude, optimism, humility, creative solutioning, asking complex questions, and willingness to embrace the unknown
- Expert-level understanding of enterprise-scale software architectures, application development methodologies, and software deployment and operations
- Deep experience managing or using relational databases, including SQL and stored procedures with Oracle, MS SQL Server, Sybase, and Postgre
SQL, in addition to MongoDB - Experience with distributed streaming platforms (e.g., Apache Kafka) or change data capture platforms (e.g., Debezium) is a significant plus
- Strong technical acumen; PMs must be as technical as their engineering counterparts and comfortable speaking on technical topics in their portfolio

Salary information:

DB’s base salary range for this role in the U.S. is $129,000—$253,000 USD. Other benefits may include equity, employee stock purchase program, flexible PTO, gender-neutral parental leave, fertility and adoption assistance, 401(k), mental health counseling, transgender-inclusive health insurance, and health benefits. Base salary and benefits are specific to U.S.
