Manager (part-time 17.5 hrs/wk)
The College of Fine Arts and Communications is seeking a part‑time Web Manager for the BYU OnStage office. The individual will be responsible for managing site content, maintenance, and UX strategy for BYU OnStage websites under the direction of the Marketing Director.
What You’ll Do In This Position- Create and maintain the BYU OnStage website via CMS platform (Brightspot)
- Oversee, create, update, and audit website content for accuracy and alignment with strategy
- Optimize site UX and ensure functionality
- Audit, track, and recommend enhancements for BYU OnStage websites
- Report development activities to Marketing Director
- Monitor and report site analytics and track KPIs
- Identify, propose, and implement opportunities for continual improvement in websites
- Monitor competitor websites and industry best practices
- Other web management duties as assigned
- A firm commitment to the mission of BYU.
- 2+ years of experience in computer science, marketing, communications, or a related field is required
- Must possess strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Experience in web analytics (Google Analytics)
- Experience using CMS platforms.
- Experience overseeing the lifecycle of digital assets
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, marketing, communications, or a related field and 2 years of related work experience
- Expertise in web analytics (Google Analytics) and design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma)
- Experience using Brightspot CMS platform.

Pay Grade: 51
Typical Starting Pay: $28.25 to $36.25 an hour
