Support Finity™ is seeking an IT Support Specialist I to be the first line of technical support on the Service Desk after dispatch. The role focuses on resolving end-user issues when possible, documenting work clearly, and escalating where needed, following established processes.
It is an entry-level position designed to grow as skills and judgment develop. Work is initially on-site with limited hybrid flexibility, and schedules are Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (MST).
