• Prepare and approve account renewals while focusing on profitability and retention
• Leverage negotiation skills to secure adequate rates based on established guidelines
• Review account information, including coverage details and claims history
• Communicate effectively with agents to ensure all necessary renewal information is collected
• Collaborate with underwriters throughout the renewal process to manage the agency book of business

• Associate degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Minimum of one year of insurance industry experience or related experience
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft products and general knowledge of insurance terminology

• Bachelor's degree may be considered in lieu of the insurance industry experience requirement
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Willingness to travel occasionally with a valid driver's license
