Key Responsibilities- Represent clients in business litigation matters, including contract disputes, commercial litigation, and other complex legal issues.
- Manage case strategy and work collaboratively with paralegals and clients.
- Participate in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in Utah or ability to become licensed.
- Strong writing and oral advocacy skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
