* Qualtrics is hiring a Corporate Counsel focused on privacy to lead and scale our global data protection program as we continue to grow and innovate. This role exists to embed pragmatic, business-focused privacy advice into product development, commercial contracting, incident response, and regulatory engagement. We need a trusted legal partner who can move quickly in ambiguous situations, build practical compliance solutions, and help the company balance legal risk with business velocity.

The right person will own key privacy processes and documentation while mentoring more junior attorneys and paralegals, while partnering cross-functionally to drive consistent, defensible practices. Ultimately, this role ensures we protect our customers, maintain regulatory compliance, and enable Qualtrics to deliver exceptional experiences securely and responsibly.
