Litigation Attorney

Fillmore Spencer is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 1-5 years experience in criminal defense and general litigation to work out of our Provo and Murray offices. Attorney will handle all elements of representation from intake through trial. Applicant must be a member of the Utah State Bar. Responsibilities:
* Draft legal documents, including pleadings and motions, ensuring compliance with court rules.
* Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiate resolutions.
* Manage general and commercial litigation cases, including intake and client consultations.
* Collaborate with legal staff and maintain accurate case files while adhering to deadlines. Fillmore Spencer offers competitive salary with bonus and growth potential dependent upon performance. Spanish language skills are a plus. Job Type: Full-time Pay:
