Iceberg Drive Inn, Utah’s best “fast-casual” restaurant, has immediate openings for General, Area, and Store Managers who share our passion for perfect food and exceptional service! Positions are available for Logan, Bountiful, Layton, Salt Lake, Utah County, and Southern Utah as well as Boise, Idaho;
Phoenix, Arizona; and Las Vegas, Nevada.

Managers are responsible for the direct operations of a fast-paced and dynamic environment, high volume kitchens, employee motivation and direction, guest service, and cost controls. If you are self-motivated and service driven, you will relish the opportunity of this challenging, hands-on role and the excitement of a growing company that is on a national expansion path.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• College Degree preferable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bilingual skills a plus Basic knowledge of computers
• Organizational, planning and time management skills
• Financial, analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling and P&L management
• Ability to get results through others

  Restaurant experience preferable including full service, fast casual or quick service restaurants
