Assistant Project Manager

M1 Homes is growing — and we’re looking for an Assistant Project Manager to help keep our projects organized, on schedule, and running smoothly.

This role is ideal for someone who understands construction, is highly organized, and wants to grow into a full Project Manager position over time.

• Help coordinate subcontractors and schedules
• Track project timelines and budgets
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers
• Assist with material takeoffs and ordering
• Visit job sites to document progress and ensure quality
• Help manage change orders and client updates
• Keep project management software updated (Buildertrend or similar)
• Solve problems quickly and professionally

Your job is to make sure details don’t slip and jobs keep moving.

• Construction experience preferred (residential strongly preferred)
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable on job sites
• Tech-savvy and able to learn project management systems
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Have experience with Buildertrend
• Understand framing, finish carpentry, and job sequencing
• Want to grow into a Project Manager role
