Schedule Reality

* Closed every Sunday

* Closed Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day

* The days leading up to major holidays are some of our highest-volume days and require full leadership presence

* Weekend availability is required

What You'll Do

* Help lead daily operations of a high-volume bakery café

* Execute labor and food cost controls

* Coach and develop shift leaders and team members

* Protect food quality and guest experience standards

* Maintain compliance and operational discipline

* Step up when the GM is off-site

This role supports the General Manager and strengthens the store - not competes with it.

Experience Required

* 2+ years of restaurant or retail leadership

* Experience managing labor or food cost

* Comfortable giving feedback and holding standards

* Weekend and peak-season availability
