We are looking for a disciplined operator who understands financial performance, leadership development, and culture ownership.

The General Manager is the CEO of the store.

Schedule Reality

* Closed Sundays

* Closed Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day

* Peak business occurs leading up to major holidays

* Weekend and peak-season leadership presence is required

What You Own

* Full P&L responsibility

* Prime cost management (labor + food)

* Sales growth strategy

* Hiring and developing leaders

* Guest loyalty and local community presence

* Operational compliance and execution

You are responsible for culture and profitability.

What Success Looks Like

* Prime cost controlled with discipline

* Sales growing year over year

* Low leadership turnover

* Clear bench development

* Strong culture with high accountability and low drama

Who We Are Looking For

* 3-5+ years high-volume restaurant leadership experience

* Strong financial acumen (P&L, labor %, food cost %)

* Experience building and retaining leadership teams

* Emotionally mature leaders who build alignment, not politics

* Long-term thinkers
