TITLE: VP of Resource Development and Business Operations
DEPARTMENT:

REPORTS TO: CEO
PRIMARY FUNCTION: Support organization mission and goals by assisting the CEO with the development and execution of business operations for the organization. The VP of Business Administration supports all aspects of Club operations with primary concern for resource development, human resources, and business administration.
Key Roles (EssentialJob Responsibilities )
- Responsible for all fundraising and development activities to build visibility, impact, and financial resources, through the solicitation of major gifts, federal and state grants, special events, and corporate and foundation support.
- Write and submit major grant and foundation requests.
- Supervise the development department team (2-4 people) by establishing goals and monitoring performance.
- Supervision of the organization's human resources department (1-2 people).
- Support department in recruitment, onboarding, compliance, payroll, terminations, and procurement of benefit providers.
- Oversee the organization's business operations with primary concern inventory management, credit card management, information technologies, rentals, major procurements, insurance, purchase orders, expense report administration, and licenses and permits.
Will assist with other projects as necessary.

- Knowledge of non-profit management
