Operations Manager

Gly Med Plus is looking for a high-impact Operations Manager to lead warehouse, fulfillment, inventory, and shipping operations for a fast-growing professional skincare company serving domestic and international markets.

This is a critical leadership role for someone who knows how to build structure, lead teams, improve processes, and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee day-to-day distribution center operations, strengthen inventory accuracy, improve fulfillment performance, and help scale a world-class operation that supports both B2B and retail growth.

• Lead daily warehouse operations
  , including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control
• Ensure accurate, on-time order fulfillment for domestic and international customers
• Manage team performance, labor planning, workflow optimization, and operational accountability
• Improve inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliations, audits, and process discipline
• Oversee shipping operations
  , including parcel, LTL, FTL, and international shipments
• Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Customer Care, Quality, Planning, and leadership
• Track and improve key metrics including order accuracy, on-time shipping, throughput, labor productivity, and service levels
• Drive continuous improvement across systems, SOPs, warehouse layout, and operational processes
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and high-performing distribution environment
• Recruit, coach, and develop top operations talent

• 5+ years of experience in operations management, warehouse management, distribution, fulfillment, or supply chain leadership
• 3+ years of people management experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong background in inventory control, logistics, shipping, and warehouse process improvement
• Experience with ERP, WMS, shipping platforms, and operational reporting
• Working knowledge of domestic and international shipping operations
• Proven ability to lead teams, solve problems, improve processes, and drive results
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

• Experience in CPG, beauty, skincare, health and wellness, e-commerce, or product-based industries
• Experience in a growing global
  mid-market company
• Strong understanding of operational KPIs, process optimization, and scalable fulfillment operations
• Experience improving warehouse efficiency, inventory integrity, and customer order performance
