The Area Director provides strategic operational leadership for multiple after school and summer program sites. Serving as a crucial connector between organizational goals and site‑level execution, you will supervise and coach Site Directors, foster a culture of collaboration, ensure the highest safety standards, and maintain strict compliance with grant and organizational metrics.

• Supervision & Leadership:
  Coach & Mentor – Provide direct supervision, guidance, and consistent feedback to Site Directors/Coordinators, including monthly 1:1 coaching sessions.

  Team Alignment – Facilitate weekly staff meetings and bi‑monthly Area Lead meetings to share best practices and maintain alignment across sites.
